This section is dedicated to the general service of the Destroyer DDG 39. We are seeking more information from anyone who served on her in her non-Vietnam service.

Did you serve on her during these times? Have you any information about her such as a list of her Ships Company while you served on her? Any stories of interest, including and not limited to 'Dits' of 'Runs Ashore' or occurrences in the Mess or elsewhere onboard? Any pictures you may like to contribute? All originals will be returned.
